If you think the received item does not fit, or a certain part of the order is missing, please follow the procedure below:
- Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 03-8774 2705, DO NOT return the item/s until we provide return instructions. Except weekends and public holidays, we will respond within 48 hours of receiving your emails or phone calls.
- If it relates to a new purchase, please contact us immediately within 30 days of invoice. Please always provide photos showing how the item does not fit propertly.
- If you provided correct and sufficient information about your vehicle in your order but we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, you will be asked to return it back at our own costs and we will re-send you a replacement or rectified item. It is our policy not to send you a replacement item before receiving back the original item.
- If you provided incorrect and insufficient information about your vehicle in your order and as a result we have sent an incorrect item, you can return it at your cost for exchange. You might want to pay to return an incorrect item for a refund and such a request will be processed a case of change of mind under our 30 Days Money Back policy.
- If you contact us outside this 30-day timeframe, your request will be processed under our Warranty Policy
Our seat covers are custom made according to the car manufacturer's standard seats. If your seats have been modified, worn off or no longer in the orginal factory seat configuration including but not limiting to shape, thickness, etc., our seat covers might not 100% fit. In such cases, we might be able to offer customisation to better fit your seats, which would incur additional charges.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee: In case of change of mind, you can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original cost of shipping to you. A restocking fee (5% - 15% of invoice value) may apply if the return item is difficult to be salable (for example, an older model, a less popular model for seat covers, you asked for special customisations about stitching colours, etc.). Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
Please do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions.
One Year Warranty Period: During the warranty period, if the stitching comes apart or a certain section of the item is worn out, please send a photograph/s of the product with an explanation of the issue. Then you will send the item to us for free of charge repair. Warranty is void if product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or other abuses not arising our of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
