How thick is the neoprene material?

Supertrim only supplies 2.4-2.5 mm thick neoprene as this thickness is ideally suited to following the shape of the seat without being too stiff and bridging across dips and hollows,
and it is not too thin like some other neoprene covers which fall apart fairly rapidly.

End result, you have a robust cover that follows the contours of the seat and looks and feels like it should.

Are the covers universal fitting?

No! We make patterns for EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE to make sure our covers are a perfect fit. Otherwise a FULL refund will be given.

What colour are the seat covers?

Our neoprene covers are black with twin needle highlight stitching that picks out the shape of the seat.
The twin needle stitching can be provided in the colour of your choice, but usually looks best in silver white

What is the Lead Time after ordering the seat covers?

The seat covers are made to order. Please allow approximately 5 working days for turnaround.

What happens if my car seats have air bags?

As the seat covers are made to suit the vehicle concerned we make provision for the operation of the air bags by sewing the panel with an air bag seam so that the air bag operates in the same way as the original seat trim

How does Warranty and Return / Refund Policy Work?

Supertrim takes great pride in the premium quality of our products and guarantees your satisfaction.

If you think the received item does not fit, or a certain part of the order is missing, please contact us immediately. Do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions. Except weekends and public holidays, we will respond within 48 hours of receiving your emails or phone calls. If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we normally take it back at our own costs and re-send you the correct item. If the item does not fit your purpose because you did not provide us with correct and/or sufficient information, you can return at your cost for exchange.

Our seat covers are custom made according to the car manufacturer's standard seats. If your seats have been modified, worn off or no longer in the orginal factory seat configuration including but not limiting to shape, thickness, etc., our seat covers might not 100% fit. In such cases, we might be able to offer customisation to better fit your seats, which would incur additional charges.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee: In case of change of mind, you can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original cost of shipping to you (restocking fee 5% - 15% might apply). Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions.

One Year Warranty Period: During the warranty period, if the stitching comes apart or a certain section of the item is worn out, please send a photograph/s of the product with an explanation of the issue. Then you will send the item to us for free of charge repair. Warranty is void if product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or other abuses not arising our of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.

How do I install / care for the front or rear seat covers

Maintenance & Cleaning

Use a damp cloth to clean the dirty area. If you need to wash it, hand-wash in cold water using mild detergent and air-dry. Do not use bleaches, solvents or other harsh leaning agents. Do not place in a hot air dryer, or washing machine spin dryer.

Our seat covers do not interfere with the working of heated seats. It's just a matter of feeling the warmth of seats a little bit longer with seat cover fitted on.
