If you think the received item does not fit, or a certain part of the order is missing, please contact us immediately. Do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions. Except weekends and public holidays, we will respond within 48 hours of receiving your emails or phone calls. If we have sent an incorrect or faulty item, we normally take it back at our own costs and re-send you the correct item. If the item does not fit your purpose because you did not provide us with correct and/or sufficient information, you can return at your cost for exchange.
Our seat covers are custom made according to the car manufacturer's standard seats. If your seats have been modified, worn off or no longer in the orginal factory seat configuration including but not limiting to shape, thickness, etc., our seat covers might not 100% fit. In such cases, we might be able to offer customisation to better fit your seats, which would incur additional charges.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee: In case of change of mind, you can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original cost of shipping to you. A re-stocking fee (5-15% of invoice amount) might apply espcially on unpopular models and/or customisation aspects (eg. non-default stitching colour, fabric other than premium neoprene, etc.). Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please do not return the item/s until we provide return instructions.
60 Days Exchange Guarantee: You can return a product within 60 days of delivery in exchange for another product. Products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you will need to obtain our approval by email before shipping your product back to us.
Two Year Warranty Period: The Two-Year Warranty applied to all purchases made from 15 October 2022. Purchases prior to 15 October 2022 were subject to one-year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. During the warranty period, if the stitching comes apart or a certain section of the item is worn out, please send a photograph/s of the product with an explanation of the issue together with copy / photo of tax invoice as proof of purchase. Repair of products during warranty period is free of charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Warranty is void if product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or other abuses not arising our of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
Disclaimer: Our warranty does not cover any claim on chemicals - related problems that happen to customers' seats due to the large variety of leather and cloth materials used on car seats. Also, it is not our responsibility to validate customer claims on the condition of their seats prior to fitting our seat covers on.
This warranty is in addition to right and remedies available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
